About me
I have been in Education since 2006. I have taught special education resource in elementary and high school settings. I have taught reading, math, writing, social skills, and science. I have taught on-line as well as in person in classrooms. I became an administrator 2 years ago and love the problem solving and school wide impact I can have.
My favorite professional development classes have high engagement and give me lots of tools to use with students, so that is what I plan to do as an R and R presenter. I want everyone to leave with new understanding gained through hands-on activities during my course. I want people to say as they leave " I loved that class. I am so glad I signed up for it." because of the new simple skills they are ready to use to teach and engage their learners who are struggling the most.
